No sign-up, no profiles to manage. Just open the app and train.
Rind works entirely on your device. The exercises, routines, workout sets, personal records and body measurements you enter — along with your preferences like weight unit, theme and rest defaults — are saved in local storage on your phone.
Rind has no account system, no analytics and no tracking. We do not collect, transmit or receive any of your information, and the app does not require an internet connection to work.
The information you enter powers the features you see: your workout history, weekly training volume, muscle balance, personal bests, streaks and the routines waiting for your next session. It is used on your device to display these results back to you, and for nothing else.
If you turn on rest-timer alerts or a daily reminder, those notifications are scheduled and delivered locally by your device. They contain no personal data and nothing is sent anywhere. You can turn them off at any time in Settings or in iOS Settings.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. If you choose to export a backup or share your progress, that action is started by you and the file or text goes only where you send it through the system share sheet. Your training log belongs to you alone.
Your data is kept in your device's local storage for as long as you keep Rind installed. You can delete individual workouts, routines or measurements from inside the app at any time, or remove everything at once by uninstalling the app.
Because your information stays on your device, you are always in control. Edit or delete any entry whenever you like — the change takes effect immediately and locally.
Rind is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
